Marcolin inspires with images from the catwalks

In the major fashion capitals such as New York, London, Milan and Paris, the collections for autumn/winter 2023 were and will be shown these weeks. Divided over these four cities, all major fashion houses are present

The Italian eyewear manufacturer Marcolin, with a portfolio of leading brands, follows the shows closely and shows on Instagram a few images of each show and the (sun) glasses that the designer uses to express his or her vision of the upcoming sunglasses trend. Like every show, this produces beautiful pictures of top brands such as MaxMara, Tod's, GCDS and, for example, Bally and gives you an idea of where (sun) eyewear fashion is heading.

Sunny editorial in Vestal Magazine

If you love fashion and fashion photography, you have to have a look at Vestal Magazine. They posted a very cool editorial online for which we happily collaborated with the creative team, by providing them with some nice sunglasses…

Set in a skater park, model Nina Dozy shows us an eclectic mix of glittery dresses and vintage streetwear topped off with a skateboard and some cool sunglasses by AM Eyewear and Etnia Barcelona. Dutch photographer Carmen Kemmink and her team shot a super sunny series of photos and we are proud and happy to have been able to contribute a little bit as well!

It’s all about style

En als iemand dat ieder seizoen opnieuw bewijst, is het wel Tom Ford. Niets leuker dus om een beetje met zijn nieuwe collectie te freewheelen. Zeker met een fotograaf die graag met licht speelt…

Soms zeggen beelden meer dan woorden. De nieuwe monturen en zonnebrillen van Tom Ford voor dit voorjaar en deze zomer zijn weer heel verleidelijk. Deze sfeerbeelden geven een mooie impressie.

Music is my first love…

Deze shoot met fotograaf John Janssen en model Bob van Rutte was echt een feestje. Ik had Bob gevraagd zijn trompet mee te brengen zodat we zijn passie voor muziek in de shoot konden verwerken…

En John bedacht natuurlijk weer iets moois en zette hem in zijn studio in de spotlights zodat het lijkt alsof we in een rokerige kroeg naar een sfeervol jazz concert kijken. De stoere zonnebrillen maken het helemaal af.

Bob heeft overigens nog meer passies. Naast zijn werk als model is hij projectleider van Ready to Rock, een muziekproject voor basisschoolkinderen en in mei doet hij mee aan de Kika Extreme Ironman 70.3 in Barcelona. Hij kan daarvoor en dus voor Kika nog een beetje hulp gebruiken dus klik even op deze link als je hem en Kika wil steunen.

De sneeuwcondities zijn fantastisch. Ben jij er klaar voor?

Voor de wintersporters die al vroeg in het seizoen een reis geboekt hebben, zijn de vooruitzichten fantastisch. Er ligt al volop sneeuw dus dat wordt genieten...

Om alvast een beetje in de stemming te komen, hebben we even de nieuwste fotoshoot van Poederbaas gepikt. Super toffe foto’s waardoor je het liefst vandaag nog wilt vertrekken en de sneeuw induiken.
